Yesterday night, i had begun the course of Muai-thay instructor in intermediate level. The duration of the course is more than 3 hours. It is quite exhausted for me but it is also rewarding.
I have already practised thai-boxing for near one year. My cardiovascular function, muscle strength, balance and reaction time have all improved a lot.
Thanks for master Yu 's dedication in teaching me to become a thai-boxing player and instructor.
Many friends asked me for the reason of player thai-boxing. At the beginning, i just tell them i learnt thai-boxing just simply out of the curiousity. But gradually, i think that the pattern of playing thai-boxing is quite matched with my own personalities ( as Thai-boxing is a kind of aggressive sport).
Whenever encountering unhappiness and difficulites, playing thai-boxing can relieve my stress and anxiety so that i can solve them with calm mind.
